专利说明:

The present invention relates to a device for a grinding wheel for a floor grinding machine and which comprises a rotatable shaft extending from the machine.
It is previously known to have the grinding wheel supported so that it can move to a certain extent when grinding on uneven floors. The grinding wheel has then been supported by means of a flexible rubber sleeve alone or in combination with fabric of the desired textile, i.e. of the type of rubber bushings that have carriers of different types of fabric that are connected to the output shaft of the grinding machine and a plate to be able to pick up irregularities in the surface. Partly also of different types of universal joints.
The safety of the people who have used such grinding wheels has not been so good. They often carry out work where it is uncertain whether the surface they are grinding contains hidden and / or visible protruding and / or hard objects that have not been so easily sanded away. In doing so, the known flexible hubs have crashed and fallen off due to high external influences.
Heat is e.g. not good for rubber materials used. Furthermore, it has not been easy to change the flexibility of known grinding wheels to e.g. perform different kinds of work and that require different types of hardness and flexibility.
The main object of the present invention is i.a. to solve with simple and safe means, e.g. the problems mentioned above.
Said object is achieved by means of a device according to the present invention, which is mainly characterized in that a lower grinding wheel is flexibly mounted by one or more flexible central located total discs, which are arranged between the lower grinding wheel and an output rotatable shaft. The invention is described below as a preferred embodiment, reference being made to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows in perspective a grinding wheel with flexible hub according to the invention, Fig. 2 shows a side view of said grinding wheel with associated device, Figs. Fig. 3 shows a plan view of said grinding wheel seen from its underside, Fig. 4 shows in perspective a grinding wheel with included parts, and Fig. 5 shows an exploded view of such a grinding wheel according to the invention.
The invention solves the problem where one or more hubs are mounted on a grinding machine where the task of the hub is to follow the surface being ground and where the output shaft of the grinding machine is relatively dumb in relation to the intended surface to be ground and thus a flexible hub is needed to be able to efficiently and safely pick up irregularities in the surface and to achieve efficient felling.
The present invention can in a reliable and efficient manner ensure that the lower grinding wheel, which consists of steel, can move to some extent at different angles in relation to the grinding wheel shaft. This is achieved by means of one or more bundled spring steel discs, which are held by means of a number of spacer bodies, so-called spacer nipples which are four in number. The height of these spacer nipples limits the flexibility and flexibility of the spring steel discs.
The invention makes it possible to increase the safety of those who use the grinding machine. They can perform work where it is uncertain that the surface is free of hidden or protruding harder objects without the hub breaking due to such external influences. 10 15 20 25 30 On the one hand, the operator can now easily change the number of flexible discs in order to be able to perform different types of work that require different types of hardness and flexibility. Heat generated now does not destroy cohesion either.
More particularly, the invention relates to a device 1 at a grinding wheel 2 for a floor grinding machine and which comprises a rotatable shaft extending from the machine. According to the invention, a lower grinding wheel 2 is flexibly mounted by one or more flexible centrally located total discs 3, which are arranged between the lower grinding wheel 2 and an output rotatable shaft 4.
Said total flexible discs 3 consist of metal material, more specifically of spring steel or similar material. Spacers 5-8 are arranged to keep said flexible discs 3 at a distance A, B from the grinding wheel 2 and from the shaft 4 and its associated disc 9. The spacers 5-8 are distributed in pairs 5-6 and 7-8 along a common circumference 10 on each sin side I; II about the flexible discs 3. Preferably, the said spacer blocks 5-8 are formed by metal cylinders with a central screw hole 11 and which have a smaller diameter d at one end 12 compared to its opposite end, 13 where the diameter D is larger. The part of the spacer block 5-8 with smaller diameter d is receivable in a suitable recess 14 in the said opposite locked flexible disc portion 3. The other end is screwed onto the grinding disc 2.
Said spacer blocks 5-8 are evenly distributed along the circumference of the flexible discs 3, the upper spacer blocks 7, 8 being formed by two pieces which are located perpendicularly distributed in relation to the lower spacer blocks 5, 6, which also consist of two pieces. . In this case, more than one package with flexible discs 3 and with intermediate spacer blocks 5-8 can be arranged at the grinding wheel 2. Said flexible discs 3 are fastened with screws (not shown) in the grinding wheel 2 or in the output shaft 4, 9 from the machine.
The nature and function of the device should have been understood on the basis of the above angina and that shown in the drawings. Thus, the grinding wheel 2 with associated preferably releasably attached grinding segments can spring around the paired spacer blocks along an imaginary first line which coincides with a diameter 30 and around a second line conceived perpendicular to said first line which in turn coincides with a perpendicular diameter 31 of the said discs. An angle other than right can also be selected, especially if several separate or packages with flexible spring discs 3 are held according to the invention in a common stack and package.
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are possible, in particular as regards the nature of the various parts, or by the use of equivalent technology, without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the claims.
